How does it actually work?
We generate a custom code, one line, that you paste on your website. A tasteful invitation appears, visitors claim your offer with their email (a customer list you own), and they redeem it at your counter with a single-use pass. There is no app, no account, and nothing for you to log into.
How do you stop the offer from being gamed or abused?
Every claim becomes one cryptographically signed, single-use pass. It can't be forged, edited, forwarded, or claimed twice, and it's limited to one offer per customer, per restaurant. Your staff verify it in a single tap.
Can't someone just screenshot it and reuse it?
No. A pass works exactly once, then it's spent. A screenshot of a redeemed pass won't validate, and the code is cryptographically signed, so it can't be guessed or copied into a new working one.
What kind of return should I expect?
You don't pay anything until you've had 5 redemptions, so you see it working before a dollar changes hands. After that, most spots make back the $49 many times over in a single month, and a new regular is worth far more than that across their visits. Do I need a developer or any tech skills?
No. It's one line of code you paste once, and we walk you through exactly where it goes on the setup call. It works on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or a hand-built site.
How do customers redeem at the counter?
They tap Redeem in front of your staff and the screen turns green, or staff scan the QR or enter the short code on the validate screen. One tap, no training, no hardware to buy.
What does it cost, and am I locked in?
It's free until you get 5 redemptions. After that it's $49 a month, flat, with no contract, and you can cancel anytime. If it never reaches 5 redemptions, it stays free. Setup is included.
